📜 Course Description

The goal of this workshop is to help you prepare for your first research project in astronomy and astrophysics. The workshop will assume no prior coding or research experience and there are no prerequisites. We welcome all students of any background interested in participating in astronomy research at UCLA. This is not a graded course and no formal assignments will be given, but we will be working together on collaborative projects and provide you with resources to gain proficiency in coding, data analysis, and astronomical computing.

Credit to Imad Pasha for the inspiration and work behind many of the notebooks used in this course!
